Nowadays, I just realized how important our health is. We need to take care of our minds and feelings in order to function well. Plenty of people experience stress and anxiety because of work and the environment. I know we can't avoid but we can manage to lessen or control it. So I want to share my list of things we can do, to deal with it.  1. Meditation and listen to Uplift Music ( stress reliever)  Meditation helps us to clear and relax our minds without thinking anything. While Listening to meditation music calm our mind.  2. Do Yoga and exercise every day  Yoga or exercise relax and condition our body. As they said it helps to release endorphins in our brain that make us feel happy.  3.
