how to de-stress πŸ€



Nowadays, I just realized how important our health is. We need to take care of our minds and feelings in order to function well.


Plenty of people experience stress and anxiety because of work and the environment. I know we can't avoid but we can manage to lessen or control it.


So I want to share my list of things we can do, to deal with it. 


1. Meditation and listen to Uplift Music ( stress reliever) 


Meditation helps us to clear and relax our minds without thinking anything. While

Listening to meditation music calm our mind. 



2. Do Yoga and exercise every day 



Yoga or exercise relax and condition our body. As they said it helps to release endorphins in our brain that make us feel happy. 



3. Do Journal and seed notebook


It helps to release what we think and feels at the moment



4. Watch youtube inspiring words from people who experience it



It inspire us to be better and we felt that we are not alone. 



5. Listen to advice and talk to a friend (true friend and trusted)



It releases emotion and eases our feeling



6. Have a social life


To talk and meet some new people 



7. Family bonding


It helps to keep your relationship good with your family



8. Sleep well at least 8 hours




We need to have as enough sleep as possible



9. Drink plenty of water



It is important to hydrate our body so we should drink water more



10. Read Books and magazines or Study again like English grammar



Sometimes we should improve ourselves not only through watching movies or tv but rather by reading books and magazines or studying a new language.



11. To let go and forgive yourself




Whatever we experience we need to let go or forgive in order to move forward. 

Sometimes we need to chill and relax, not to think anything.



12. Cut ties  with people who cause you stress and get close to people who brings positivity to life


As possible you hang out with people who lift you up and who have positive vibes in life. Avoid people who do not have anything good benefits on you.



13. Gratitude ----- make a list of your blessings and things you want to be thankful 



Be thankful and contented on what you have



14. Occupied yourself and make it busy 



Do something that makes you productive



15. Try to study, research, and observe how you feel on the internet ( to give you some idea)


Try to learn about yourself



16. Pursue your dream and make other goals



 Set new goals in life 



17. Improve and make yourself better again



Be a better person from your yesterday



18. Drink Tea such as green tea or chamomile



19. Eat food that has magnesium or amino acid ( banana, avocado πŸ₯‘, salmon, olive oil, almond)



20. Go to the spa and have some massage



21. Do new hobbies such as sports and artwork.



22. Set a vacation or go to a very nature place/ go to the beach

Ever since I was in college I'm already a fan of beauty products and make-up's.  I remember that I used to save my allowance just to buy my fave drug store make up like Maybeline and ever beliena. 😁 I become to love it more when I got to learn and watch skincare and makeup tutorials of Michelle Phan ( by the way, she is one of the pioneers who does make up when youtube is not yet a big thing.
